FOUNDERS is a private, Russian-speaking community for technology entrepreneurs and investors. We bring together people who share the same values, build professional connections, and want to give back to the place we call home. That is why we support people and projects that make the world better.

Since 2024, FOUNDERS has been systematically helping environmental and social initiatives in Cyprus. We back projects that clean up the island, restore forests after wildfires, and protect nature, and we help charitable and other public organizations.

We know that many people want to help but often don't know where to start. How do you choose an organization? Who can you trust? What kind of help is actually needed? Will the money reach the people it is meant for? That is why we created IMPACT.FOUNDERS — a platform that brings together vetted social projects in Cyprus to make helping simple, clear, and transparent.

The IMPACT.FOUNDERS team reviews every initiative by hand, gets to know its work, and explains what support it needs and how you can get involved.

There are many ways to help. Some projects need donations, others need volunteers. In some cases professional expertise, consulting, or help with marketing, design, finding partners, or spreading the word is especially valuable. Everyone can choose the form of participation that suits them best.

Our goal is to make IMPACT.FOUNDERS a clear entry point for everyone who wants to help, and to give vetted initiatives more opportunities.
