On November 21, we invite everyone to join the volunteer day at AGAPI Cyprus in Limassol! Together, we will sort items for the charity shop and families in need, organize the space and storage systems, get to know each other, and socialize.
November 21 we will hold a volunteer day at the emergency assistance center and warehouse of the AGAPI Cyprus charity in Limassol.
AGAPI Cyprus is a non-profit organization that helps people facing difficult life situations. The foundation brings together volunteers of different nationalities and ages living in Cyprus, all united by the desire to help others.
On this day, we want not only to assist the foundation with daily tasks but also to make its space more comfortable and functional, so that the aid to families in need can be even more effective.
What we will do:
Sorting and categorizing donated items for the charity shop and for families in need.
Organizing the warehouse and assistance center space.
Setting up storage systems, assembling and arranging furniture.
Getting to know each other, interacting, and enjoying tea in good company!
What help is particularly needed:
In addition to volunteers for sorting items, we are looking for people who can assist in planning and purchasing wardrobes, shelves, boxes, and other storage systems in advance.
On the day of the event, physical help with assembling, moving, and arranging furniture will be especially useful.
You can join both the preparation and the actual volunteer day.
No prior volunteering experience is required — the main thing is the desire to help and the willingness to dedicate some of your time to a good cause.
